Up and Back. Strenuous hike, especially if you keep moving fast. Nice views at the top and nice hiking in the trees. A sudden thunderstorm hit us right when we were on the top so we had to get off the top of the mountain fast. Mountain bikes permitted on this route (some trails in Deer Creek Canyon are off limits to bikes).
