I organize a weekly prayer group using Skype. It meets Wednesdays from 9:00-9:20 am MST. There is a maximum of 7 people per group. Everyone is open to join.

The purpose of this group is to engage in a mid-week prayer session over the Internet. I find it difficult to connect with believers during my work week because my Christian friends and acquaintances are not the same people that I work with. Since it is hard for me to consistently attend mid-week prayer meetings, an online prayer group helps ensure that I can still pray with other believers.
The format is as follows:
- Opening prayer;
- The moderator for that week (the role shifts week-to-week) will contribute a verse Scripture and provide a few minutes of discussion on how that verse impacts them;
- Prayer requests are contributed by members of the group;
- Group administration and business is discussed, such as selecting next week’s moderator;
- Closing prayer.
The prayer session will run no more than 20 minutes.
No RSVP required. Just show up. If the group gets larger than 7, we will split off into separate groups. Skype-chat EdSoehnel a few minutes before start indicating your attendance and I will include you in the group call. If you are late, Skype-chat me and I will conference you into the group.
