Conducting Effective Twitter Contests: With Video

This is a book, but its not very long and I think of it more as a resource. It is extremely detailed and designed for the novice with little Twitter or PC savvy. The video’s are also very well produced with sufficient detail. I skimmed through this resource and some of the videos and got a few tidbits for other marketing-related ideas, in addition to Twitter.

Free webinar checklist

This excel files was created and posted by Jeremiah Owyang, a social media analyst I follow.  Its a great resource.  How To Successfully Produce A Professional Grade Webinar, Webcast, or Teleconference.

Offsite backups

I use Mozy for offiste backups that happen daily of my important files.  The service also allows you to login to get files via PC or mobile phone, which is very handy if not near your primary computer.  Other services include Carbonite, and a new one, Crash Plan, which I came across on my twitter feed from @gratzo.  Mozy seems to be getting expensive, so I may be looking around at another service when my annual subscription reneweal comes up.
