What’s In A Name, Or Your Wordmark?

In this post, I will cover some thoughts and details about filing for a federal wordmark with the USPTO.  I recently went through this exercise with one company and did so with more involvement and personal attention than I have with previous companies in the past.  The reason for greater involvement was some complexities with the filings based on this company’s product and service offering.
