Our hike last week was back to Ridgeline Open Space park, but this time we did the western section of the park. We took Romeo with us and it was a 4.8 mile hike that we did in about 1 hour 40 minutes.
I created a new trail on Everytrail
and Wikiloc (below). You can download this GPX file of the hike and open in Google Earth. It includes my heart rate.
