Is now a good time to sell? Absolutely! Economic recovery is 8 years along, there is low unemployment, the fed is raising rates, and many other factors, all of which is signaling a recession, so good to sell now. At 3.5x revenue, this is a rich acquisition, and I think will turn out to be perfectly timed for the sellers, and turn out to be perfectly mistimed for the buyers, who are severely overpaying. Why is this important?
